They give your team full visibility on how the the business operates and give you, the manager a document to call back to and hold your team accountable too when things go off track. We can help you write and implement them so your team is always on the same page.

Absolutely. We don’t just drop in, fix things, and leave. We offer onboarding training of Monday.com, training docs, and ongoing support so your systems keep working long after we’ve wrapped up.

Once you fill out our Contact Form, we’ll schedule a quick discovery call to understand where you're at. From there, we tailor a project plan to fit your needs and timeline. The timeline of the project will depend on the depth to which we help you build your flows. This can range from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. For simple flows in 1 department, we usually quote a couple of weeks. For more complex flows in more than 1 department, this can take from weeks to months depending on their complexity.

We do however offer packages based on 1 - 2 workflows across 1 - 2 departments. Additional to this, we can tailor pricing based on the complexity of the flows and your business needs. We also offer and ongoing hourly rate and stick around after launch to support your business. Our aim is to build a relationship and be the operational partner you can rely on.
